Al Nabaa Return & Exchange Policy
Applies to In-Store & Online Purchases
How to Return or Exchange a Product
Customers may return or exchange an item by visiting the nearest Al Nabaa showroom. If there is no Al Nabaa branch in your city, you can contact us via WhatsApp at 0774 802 5119 or by phone at 6543. Our team will advise the next steps and, where applicable, coordinate pickup through a shipping partner.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged in its original box and includes all original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, warranty or registration cards, bundled products, and promotional vouchers, if any.
Return & Exchange Terms
- The original purchase invoice is required for all return and exchange requests.
- Return requests are accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
- Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
- Returned products must be unused and unopened, and must include all original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, warranty or registration cards, bundled products, and promotional vouchers, if any.
- If a product is returned in opened condition or after the original packaging has been removed, a 15% restocking and repackaging fee will apply to cover inspection, repackaging, and storage costs. Final acceptance of opened products is at Al Nabaa’s discretion.
- Laptops or electronic devices that are prepared, updated, or have software installed before delivery are considered customized according to the customer’s request and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is found.
- Custom-built or assembled computers are considered customized products and are not eligible for return or exchange after assembly and installation unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is found.
- Consumable products such as ink, toner, batteries, software, and digital licenses are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged after opening or use.
- Products damaged due to misuse, breakage, liquids, or unauthorized maintenance are not covered by the return or exchange policy.
- The customer must inspect the product upon delivery, and any visible damage must be reported immediately.
- Refunds are issued using the original method of payment, except for purchases made using partner vouchers or installment plans, in which case a store credit may be issued.
- Refunds for third-party services are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions. Customers must present both the payment receipt and original invoice.
- Return and exchange services apply only within the country of purchase.
- Service charges and repair fees are non-refundable.
- Al Nabaa reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the approved terms and policies.
Additional Terms for Online Orders
- The return and exchange period starts from the date of delivery.
- Customers should visit the nearest Al Nabaa showroom to process returns or exchanges. If no showroom is available in the city where the product was delivered, our support team may coordinate pickup through our shipping partner.
- The customer must inspect the product upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately.
- The product must be returned securely packaged in its original box with all accessories and included items.
Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Defective Products
Dead-on-arrival manufacturing faults (DOA) must be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery. All cases are subject to technical inspection before exchange or return approval.
- The product must be free from scratches, physical damage, liquid damage, or signs of misuse.
- All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
- A report from an authorized service center may be required before approving the replacement or return.
